Young People & Parents

Helping young people build confidence, resilience and belief in themselves.

Watching a young person struggle can be incredibly difficult.

Whether they're experiencing anxiety, low confidence, uncertainty about their future or simply feeling overwhelmed, it isn't always easy to know how best to help.

Sometimes, having someone outside the family to listen, guide and encourage them can make all the difference.

Together, we'll help them build confidence, develop resilience and take positive steps forward.

When someone you love is struggling.
As a parent, it's natural to want to fix everything.

But when your son or daughter seems anxious, withdrawn or overwhelmed, it's easy to feel helpless.

You might find yourself wondering:

Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is create a safe space where a young person feels heard, understood and able to work through things at their own pace.

How do I help without making things worse?

Why won't they talk to me?

Have I done something wrong?

Will they ever feel like themselves again?

If those thoughts sound familiar, you're not alone.

That's where I can help.

"Every young person deserves someone who believes in them."

Supporting young people

I work with young people aged 16 and over, helping them navigate the challenges that come with growing up, building confidence and finding their place in the world.

Support may include:

Building confidence and self-esteem

Managing anxiety and overthinking

Coping with change or uncertainty

Education, career and future planning

Motivation and goal setting

Relationships and communication

Finding direction and purpose

Every coaching journey is tailored to the individual because every young person is different.

Supporting parents

"Parents don't need all the answers."

Supporting a young person often means supporting the people around them too.

I'll work alongside you to help make sense of what's happening, strengthen communication and give you greater confidence in supporting your son or daughter.

My Approach

Built on trust, not pressure.
Young people don't respond well to lectures.
They respond to feeling listened to.

My role isn't to tell them what to do. It's to create a relaxed, supportive environment where they can explore what's happening, build confidence and discover their own way forward.

Above all, I want every young person to leave believing three things:

They're stronger than they think.

They're capable

There is always a way forward.

Finding a Way Forward

Every journey begins with someone believing things can get better.

  • "She quickly helped me build my self-belief... I left feeling more prepared and confident than I ever expected."

    —Christopher Arcari

  • "I couldn’t believe the difference in me after just one or two sessions... she was a massive part of my confidence journey."

    —Kirsty McColl

  • "She created a safe, calming space for me to talk about anything... the support and tools she gave me still help me many years later."
