Helping you find
a way forward

When life feels uncertain, overwhelming or simply stuck, it can be difficult to know what the next step should be.

Together, we'll make sense of what's happening and find practical steps to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

You’ve always been capable. The person others rely on. The one who keeps going. The one who usually finds a solution.

But sometimes life throws challenges our way that are simply too difficult to navigate alone.

You may be:

Facing a personal challenge

Worried about someone you love

Navigating change at work

Overthinking or losing confidence

Struggling to see the way forward

You don't have to work it all out alone.

You don't need someone to tell you what to do

Sometimes you simply need someone outside the situation who will listen without judgement, ask the right questions and help you see things from a different perspective.

My role is to help you understand what's happening, identify what may be keeping you stuck and find practical ways forward that feel right for you.

It's about clarity, confidence and taking the next step.

Finding a Way Forward

Reaching out isn't always easy.

Many of the people I work with have spent weeks, months—or even years—trying to work things out on their own before getting in touch.

Here are just a few of the journeys I've had the privilege to be part of.

Kimberley was struggling with anxiety and had reached the point where she believed completing her nursing degree might not be possible.

Together, we broke the challenge down into manageable steps, rebuilt her confidence and helped her believe in herself again.

Today, she's a qualified nurse and beginning the career she'd worked so hard for.

When graduation felt out of reach

"If it wasn't for your help so far, I wouldn't have graduated today. I honestly can't thank
you enough."

Kimberley

Finding the confidence to change

After spending more than twenty years in the family business, John wanted to pursue a completely different career but lacked the confidence to make the leap.

Through coaching, he overcame self-doubt, tackled his fear of heights and embraced a new profession that has taken him around the world.

"I'm 44 now and I've worked all over the world in my new career. I have confidence and belief in my abilities, and that's all thanks to Lorraine."

John

Every story is different.

But they all begin in the same place...
Someone deciding to take the first step.

Your first step doesn't need to be a big one.

Your Initial Session

It just needs to be the right one.

Reaching out for support can feel like the hardest part of the journey.

That's why the Initial Session is designed to give you the space to talk openly about what's happening, what's keeping you stuck and what you'd like to be different.

Together we'll explore your current situation, identify what's holding you back and begin to make sense of what comes next.

It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss whether I'm the right person to support you and outline how we might work together.

By the end of the session, you'll leave with greater clarity, a fresh perspective and a clear understanding of your next steps—whether that's continuing to work together or simply taking away practical guidance to help you move forward.

What to expect

A relaxed, confidential conversation

Time to explore your current situation and goals

Practical insight and a fresh perspective

An opportunity to decide whether ongoing coaching is right for you

Clear next steps, with no pressure or obligation

  • “Lorraine helped me see a way forward and renew my enthusiasm for life and living.”

Questions you might have

Starting coaching can bring up plenty of questions. Here are a few of the things people often want to know before taking the first step.

Let's find your way forward

You don't have to have all the answers before getting in touch.

Whether you're looking for personal coaching, support for a young person, or would like to discuss coaching or workshops for your organisation, I'd love to hear from you.

We'll start with a conversation about where you are now, what you're hoping to achieve and whether I'm the right person to help.

Every conversation begins with understanding your situation—and finding the best way forward together.
