Anxiety is a huge issue for many people and comes in a whole range of different guises. Sometimes working one-to-one is the best way for people to escape the torment that anxiety causes, but for others group work is just what they need. I run regular Free Yourself from Anxiety groups that help people from all walks of life overcome their anxiety in a supportive and relaxed environment.

What I Do:
I use a range of coaching strategies to change your thoughts and feelings. CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy gets great results & Hypnotherapy. 4 of 8 sessions will include Hypnotherapy & Relaxation techniques.
