It may seem a bit early to mention CHRISTMAS, this programme is all about you getting in great shape for the festive season.  For anyone who’s ever been overweight they’ll know that the party season comes with its own challenges over and above Christmas lunch, Christmas shopping and all the other Christmas pressures.  If you’re battling with extra weight that you want to shed before the Christmas season is upon us or before this year is out, then this group is for you.  Running from mid-September through to mid-December this programme is the ideal way to get you to where you want to be and stay there.

Anxiety is a huge issue for many people and comes in a whole range of different guises.  Sometimes working one-to-one is the best way for people to escape the torment that anxiety causes, but for others group work is just what they need.  I run regular Free Yourself from Anxiety groups that help people from all walks of life overcome their anxiety in a supportive and relaxed environment.

Exam time can be tough for students as well as parents. No matter whether you’re 15 and facing your first set of exams or are a mature student who’s taking exams for the first time in years, they can be a real source of stress and anxiety.  The great thing about working in a group to ease this pain is the support you get.  In the run up to exam season I organise Exam Support days for people of all ages who are sitting exams.  They’re small groups and provide the support you need to go into your exam feeling confident, calm and Ready.
